* As far as I know I'm the first to come up with this idea, but here goes: when doing tricks, add a bit of variety to them (especially the ones you keep doing over and over) by STROBING your photon! Just keep pressing on it to flash it during a move (I'm talking about Photon 1s & 2s, I don't have/know_about the 3s). Try The Pendulum over and over (with variations on what happens when the 2 photons "hit" or are at the peak of their arc of course), then start strobing one or both! Coolness.
* I got Sarina Paris's CD (it just came out this past week here near Baltimore). It rocks. I'm not the techno type, but it's great. I'm already making routines to some of the songs. =) If you think "Look At Us" is good to photon by, some of her other songs are far better. =)
* Does anyone use Photon 3s for tricks? Do they work well? Or are they like RAv'ns and are really hard to incorporate into tricks & moves? I LOVE the RAv'ns, but I *REALLY* wish they had been given P2s' momentary-contact switch instead of presson-pressoff, they should've had P2s' switch for that. =(
* Anybody have any "moves" or "tricks" not posted at the following webpage? I'm in search of more. I can go on doing tricks and moves to music indefinitely, except I get bored after 5 minutes. (I'm not bragging or saying I'm The Best or anything, I'm not, I'd just like more variety please...the spice of life)
The only move I do that's not listed, it's my Engine (think of the routine as a train, Engine is the start, Caboose is the end). I make the infinity symbol (figure 8 on it's side) with each hand taking it's side of the symbol. Then I break that into The Pendulum and go to town.
Ciao,
Dave
