Are you plagued by the thought of your new Ravn' crystals breaking???
Fear not.... a creative yet interesting new development may ease your mind (as well protect your expensive little toys...)
Bubblewrap.... Pop a little bubblewrap around the photons near the tips... it'll help disperse the light... the lights will seem to "bounce" off of one another... it'll allow you to bounce the photons off your body.. and most importantly... your worries of breakage will subside (hence, your speed will increase as well..)
Future submissions to follow soon...
Enjoy these toys...
and dance your ass off......

Here's a more clear explanation of my easy fix...
(the reason I'm posting this is that I recently received my lights... I broke one of the crystals in like 5 minutes.. it broke at the base... Anyone with any amount of speed or creativity is BOUND to bang them together.)
I took some bubblewrap... and cut-out two rectangles - each about 2"x4". Next, I taped the opposite sides together (hence forming cylinders.) I slid these cyclinders over the crystals and taped the bubblewrap to the midpoint on my Rav'n Light. This added feature will add quite a bit of wind resistance BUT it'll allow you to do tricks off of your body without hurting yourself or your precious RAV'N lights.
Since then, no crystals have broken. This nice little padding feature will INSURE that you won't damage your light - hence - you can finally push the limits on these lights. I tend to use longer strings - each little light BLIP tends to be about a foot long typically. They're simply AWESOME - just dont break em or lose them.
Here's another free tip. Each photon light comes with a small ring and a big ring. Remove the small ring from the photon and use the big ring instead. Use a slipknot to attach your strings to your photons - they're easier to remove.
Adios

I took it off with my hand...I'll tell you though...if you like to use your hands - leave to little ring on...by taking the little one off...you loose articulation and comfort
