Just got my lights in the mail and one of them doesn't turn off at all. I have quite alot of electronics back ground so I'm wondering if there is a quick fix for this. Probably just a problem with the switch, bad connection. Just let me know I love them so much I don't wanna have to send them back to you guys.

Justin,
The first thing to check is to make sure you are pressing the back of the button to turn the light off. Since the switch is actually located under the rear half of the button, if you press the center of the button, it may not be activating the switch. I know this has caused some confusion among other customers until they played around with it enough to figure out how the light operates.
If that doesn't help, then there is probably a problem with the switch itself. If that's the case, you will need to send your light in for replacement. If you ordered it from this site, give us a call at 877-584-6898 and we can arrange to send out a replacement along with a return envelope you may use to send in the defective light. Otherwise, if it was purchased elsewhere, just follow the "Warranty Service" link to the left for instructions to return your light for free warranty service.
