Hello,
I bet you would sell alot of this item if you were to offer it. A headband with a built in attachment for the light to clip into. Also, build in a simple up and down mechanism to simply move the light up and down. I know you already have the clip attachment. This is a pain for backpackers. A headband accessory would probably go over well with the backpacking crowd. An example of this would be the petzyl headlamps. Just an idea.

Actually, if you take a look at http://www.equipped.org/ORSummer2007.htm, David is pictured (about half way down the page) wearing a headstrap-mounted ReX. This sounds a lot like what you are describing. The headstrap was initially announced as one of the accessories that would be available for the ReX, but I haven't heard any updates on this item in a while. I'll check and let you know.
