when the rav'ns r on and they arent waving around.
ex:on and sittin on the table
do they still flash the tri colors?i mean whn they are on and arent moving around

Yes... but the three colors are flashing so fast... it looks WHITE.

ok, i was wondering if you could dance w/ the rav'ns and have them stay a solid color without flashing or changing colors

No there isno way o make these lights go to a solid color its in the electronics of the thing they are hardwired to strobe and it can't be changed with sufficiant electronic circuit board wiring knowlege
