hey i sent my photons back for the warranty service and its taken like a week so far. It says it takes about two days on the warranty page. whats goin on?

You have to figure in the shipping time both ways too. Depending on how you shipped the light, it could take up to a week to be received by LRI, then another week to ship it back to you. If you would like to check to see if your light has been received, you may call LRI at 541-925-3741. Ask for Sherri. She's the one who takes care of all the warranty returns.

Hey everyone, I got my lights back today (about 7 business days from sent date) anyway I just wanted to make sure how amazing LRI just is. I mean they make the brightest and smallest lights I have ever seen, AND then when they go through wear and tear, you can send them back for free repairs. I just wanted to say thank you to LRI and to tell everyone that if you're buying these lights you're getting an amazing deal. Hahaha and no this is not an endorsed testimonial (wouldn't that be nice tho haha) anyway thanx everyone for the great lights, keep up the good work.
